Step 1 - Triage Call

Step 2 - Diagnostic
We will work with you and your team to identify specific areas for improvement through observation, data review and tactful enquiry.
Step 3 - Treatment
We will collaborate with your practice team to implement some or all of the recommendations identified in the diagnostic phase.*
Step 4 - Follow Up
We will agree a schedule of check-ups at gradually extending intervals to review and sustain improvements.
